Calendar sync

Starts automatically from your calendar

The timer takes the meeting length from Google Calendar and updates if the meeting is moved or extended. Google Meet's built-in timer has to be set by hand. It works with Google Workspace accounts too.

Make reminders your own

You start with four ready-made reminders: halftime, 10 minutes left, 5 minutes left, and overtime. In your dashboard, choose when each one pops up, what it says, and whether it plays a sound. Turn off any you don't need.

  • Halftime: Are we on track?

  • 10 min left: Start wrapping up.

  • 5 min left: Agree on next steps.

  • Overtime: End the call or book a follow-up.

What you see in the call

The timer shows how much time is left, right inside Google Meet. It turns from green to yellow, orange, and red as time runs out. A sound warns you before the end.

Halftime 00:15:00
Overtime 00:02:10
